TISABOT.COM — USER TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: 11th December, 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your (“User”, “You”, “Your”) access to and use of Tisabot.com (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a WhatsApp automation and communication service powered by the WhatsJet SaaS engine. By creating an account, using our features, or accessing the Platform in any manner, you agree to these Terms. ________________________________________ 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Tisabot.com, You agree to: • These Terms of Service • Our Privacy Policy • All WhatsApp and Meta Business Messaging Policies If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. ________________________________________ 2. Eligibility To use Tisabot.com, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Have legal capacity to enter a binding contract • Register with accurate and up-to-date information • Comply with WhatsApp and Meta’s usage policies ________________________________________ 3. User Accounts 3.1 Registration You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide: • Accurate personal or business information • A valid email address and phone number • Only authorized WhatsApp lines 3.2 Account Security You are responsible for: • Keeping your password confidential • Activities performed under your account • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised account credentials. ________________________________________ 4. Acceptable Use Policy Users agree NOT to use Tisabot.com for: • Sending unsolicited, spam, or bulk promotional messages • Harassing, threatening, or deceptive communications • Distributing illegal, harmful, or prohibited content • Promoting adult content, gambling, drugs, violence, or extremist ideologies • Uploading customer data without consent • Violating WhatsApp Business or Commerce Policies • Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Platform Violation may result in immediate suspension, number blocking, or account termination. ________________________________________ 5. Messaging Rules & Compliance By using Tisabot.com, users agree to: • Obtain explicit opt-in consent before messaging any recipient • Use approved WhatsApp templates where required • Respect “stop”, “unsubscribe”, and similar opt-out requests • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, including NDPR/GDPR WhatsApp may automatically block numbers or restrict messaging for violations. Tisabot.com is not responsible for WhatsApp enforcement actions. ________________________________________ 6. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing • Some features require paid subscriptions or credit purchases. • All fees are visible on the Platform and may change with notice. • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. • Failure to make payments may result in service interruptions or account deactivation. You authorize us to process payments via approved payment gateways. ________________________________________ 7. Content Ownership & License 7.1 User Content You retain ownership of all content you upload or transmit using Tisabot.com. You grant Tisabot.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, transmit, and display your content solely to provide services to You. 7.2 Responsibility You accept full responsibility for: • Legality • Accuracy • Safety • Compliance of all content you distribute using the Platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms. ________________________________________ 8. Privacy & Data Protection We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. By using the Platform, you agree that: • We may process your data to operate and improve the Platform • You will not misuse or share customer data obtained through the Platform • You will comply with data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ________________________________________ 9. Service Availability We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees of: • Uninterrupted service • Perfect performance • Guaranteed delivery of messages Service interruptions may occur due to: • WhatsApp API changes or outages • Server downtime • Network or telecom failures • Third-party integrations We are not liable for losses resulting from such disruptions. ________________________________________ 10. Termination & Suspension We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms • You violate WhatsApp or Meta policies • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities • Billing/payment obligations are not met • Your actions create legal or security risks You may close your account at any time through support. Upon termination: • Access to your account may be revoked • Stored data may be deleted after a retention window ________________________________________ 11. Intellectual Property All Platform content — including software, UI, logos, branding, and documentation — is owned by Tisabot.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse Platform assets without permission. ________________________________________ 12. Disclaimers Tisabot.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, including: • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Merchantability • Accuracy or reliability of output Use of the Platform is at your sole risk. ________________________________________ 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tisabot.com is not liable for: • Lost profits, data, or business • WhatsApp bans, restrictions, or policy actions • Communication delays or message failures • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability is limited to the amount You paid in the past 60 days. ________________________________________ 14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify Tisabot.com against claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from: • Your misuse of the Platform • Your violations of laws or WhatsApp policies • Content you create or transmit • Harm caused to third parties ________________________________________ 15.
